A TPH-D "zero" line and 10-ppm line are indicated in <br /> the figure. <br /> • Estimates of the quantity of contamination remaining in soil and groundwater, <br /> and time for completing remediation <br /> Based on the results of the second supplemental site assessment, approximatel6,000 <br /> cubic yards of soil containing detectable concentrations of TPH-D are esthmat o <br /> remain beneath the site. <br /> • Method of cleanup proposed or implemented to date <br /> Greyhound will implement the recently approved "Offsite Assessment and Feasibility <br /> Study" work plan, dated September 1995 A feasibility study report in which a <br /> minimum of two viable soil cleanup alternatives are evaluated will be submitted. <br /> • Times and dates equipment was not operating, cause of shutdown, and a <br /> corrective action plan to ensure similar shutdowns do not reoccur <br /> Not Applicable. <br /> • Time schedules for completion of the site investigation and remediation <br /> Greyhound is currently securing the permits required to ins off-site monitoring <br /> well during the offsite assessment. <br /> • Method of disposal and disposal location of released hazardous substances and any <br /> contaminated soil, groundwater, or surface water <br /> During the March 1996 site visit, groundwater generated while purging the onsite <br /> monitoring wells was discharged to the sanitary sewer following receipt of approval <br /> from Mr Morns L.
