MARCH 1995 <br /> QUARTERLY STATUS REPORT (CONTINUED) <br /> • Time schedules for completion of the site investigation and remediation <br /> Greyhound isprepareria a- plan and securing the permits required to install an off- <br /> site monitoring well In order to fully define the extent of groundwater contamination <br /> The work plan will be submitted to PHS-EHD by June 30, 1995 <br /> Greyhound anticipates that a feasibility report will be prepared after analytical results <br /> from samples obtained from the off-site monitoring well have been assessed In <br /> accordance with California Code of Regulations, Title 23, Section 2725, at least two <br /> remedial alternatives will be evaluated in the report. The report will also provide <br /> estimates of the time required to remediate the site <br /> • Method of disposal and disposal location of released hazardous substances and any <br /> contaminated soil, groundwater, or surface water <br /> In August 1994, twenty-four 55-gallon, DOT-approved drums of drill cuttings (soil) <br /> were generated during the second supplemental site assessment. Greyhound is <br /> 2 currently arranging proper disposal <br /> During the December 19, 1994 site visit, three drums of groundwater were generated <br /> 3 while purging on-site monitoring wells. Greyhound is currently arranging proper <br /> disposal. <br /> J During the March 9, 1995 site visit, three half-full drums were generated while purging <br /> onsite monitoring wells Greyhound will arrange for proper disposal m the future. <br /> • Manifest for transport of hazardous substances <br /> Not Applicable <br /> • Tank owner commitment letter <br /> The cover letter submitted with this report is intended to serve as the tank owner <br /> commitment letter.
