Groundwater Technology has reviewed correspondence from Cal Trans.regarding the site and <br /> has prepared the permit packages for the required off-site groundwater monitoring wells. The <br /> encroachment permit for the first well(MW-5) has expired and requires renewal in Chevron's name <br /> (Attachment 1). The second well (MW-7) is currently proposed as part of an additional site assessment <br /> required by the San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health Division (SJPHS- <br /> EHD) and will be installed within Cal Trans right-of-way(Attachment 11). In both instances,the required <br /> information and required remittance is included in each:package. <br /> The SJPHS-EHD has mandated that the installation of the new well be completed by October 30, <br /> 1995. Any information we can provide to expedite and/or facilitate permit processing will be made <br /> available at your request.
