Should the well(s) be placed adjacent to property owned by someone other than the <br /> owner of the property requesting this permit, the applicant for this permit shall <br /> f submit proof that the property owner adjacent to the well drilling operation has been <br /> notified of the proposed drilling. Proof may consist of a copy of a letter mailed to the <br /> property owner along.with proof of delivery of that letter. . <br /> ! The Revocable Permit application should be made by, and financial security supplied by, <br /> the party responsible for the permanent:maintenance of,the_well., Usually, ,the-party <br /> responsible is the owner ofythe site requiring the well. <br /> ' Following the issuance of the Revocable Permit, an Encroachment Permit must be issued <br /> to allow theactual construction activity within the City right-of-way.
