The meeting will be held <br /> on February 5, 1988 at the Department's office located at 83 <br /> Scripps Drive, Sacramento, California and will begin at 8 : 30 a.m. <br /> The purpose of the meeting is to discuss on an informal basis, <br /> Marley Cooling Tower Company's (MCTC' s) proposal to modify the <br /> language of the Remedial Action Order (RAO) . We will invite <br /> EPA's enforcement staff to attend this meeting as we did for the <br /> January 20, 1988 meeting which was held for the same purpose.
