Phase IV GroundWater Assessment. <br /> The Phase IV Interim Report and the Quarterly <br /> GroundWater Monitoring Report was released <br /> February 2. 1989. Comments dated February 24, <br /> 1989 were received from the Regional Water <br /> Quality Control Board and from the Department <br /> of Health Services dated March 9, 1989. A <br /> meeting was held in Sacramento March 14, 1989 <br /> to review the report and establish schedule <br /> for the Phase IV work that will be included in <br /> the RI / FS to meet the July 1 , 1989 deadline. <br /> Field work was started again the week of <br /> March 13, 1989. The next quarterly sampling <br /> will be in mid-April when the new Phase IV <br /> wells are in place. <br /> B. Work Plan. <br /> The current work plan for the site was revised <br /> March 24, 1989 to show completion of the RI/FS <br /> by July 1 , 1989. <br /> C. Storm Water Retention Pond. <br /> The Pond Closure Plan as submitted on February <br /> 3, 1989 was accepted by the Department of <br /> Health Services, with modifications, on March <br /> 8, 1989.
