South Yard Storm Water Sampling Report. <br /> On December 21 , 1988 personnel from <br /> Kleinfelder. Inc. conducted a simulated storm <br /> water run-off sampling of the South Yard to <br /> evaluate the South Yard as a potential source <br /> of offsite storm water contamination. The <br /> results of this test are detailed in South <br /> Yard Storm Water Sampling Report dated March <br /> 8, 1989 and submitted by Kleinfelder, Inc. <br /> ( E. S. Findlay & K. E. Zenobia) <br /> E. Offsite Soil Sampling Report. <br /> Soil samples were taken offsite around the <br /> North and South Yards of the Marley facility <br /> in June and July of 1988 by Groundwater <br /> Management, Inc. ( GMI) . The results of this <br /> investigation are contained in the Offsite <br /> Soil Sampling Report dated March 24, 1989 and <br /> submitted by GMI ( B. A. Watterson) . <br /> F. Community Relation Plan <br /> Comments from the community interviews were <br /> transmitted in a letter dated February 23, <br /> 1989 ( Sue Sher to David Bates) . These <br /> comments and " Attachment A" to Dr. Allen' s <br /> letter of June 14, 1988 to Mr. Richard Landon <br /> are the bases for the revision of the <br /> Community Relation Plan.
