Marley must adjust their 1989 post-closure cost estimate of <br /> $387 , 000 for inflation yearly. The post-closure cost <br /> estimate for this year should be indicated on the financial <br /> test as $417, 307. <br /> Upon receipt of this Report of Violation and Schedule of <br /> Compliance (ROVSC) , Marley must submit to this office written <br /> documentation demonstrating that all violations have been <br /> corrected.
