MONITORING AND REPORTING PROGRAM • 2 <br /> THE MARLEY COOLING TOWER COMPANY <br /> STOCKTON, SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> TENTATIVE <br /> 2 At a minimum the Discharger shall comply with the Monitoring Requirements for these constituents as <br /> outlined in Section 2.3 and 2.4 of the Policy for Implementation of Toxics Standards for Inland Surface <br /> Waters, Enclosed Bays, and Estuaries of California, adopted 2 March 2000 by the State Water Resources <br /> Control Board. Report all peaks identified by the EPA test methods.' <br /> The following shall constitute the effluent monitoring program for the treatment plant when the ground <br /> water extraction is cycling for periods of time greater than two days. <br /> Constituents Units Type of Sample Frequency <br /> Flow mgd Cumulative Continuous <br /> PH Std.
