8. Well Completion Report <br /> Information on the design,construction, and development of each well will be compiled <br /> and presented in a well completion report to be submitted to DTSC,Central Valley <br /> Regional Water Quality Control Board(RWQCB), and the San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department. The report will include: 1) a boring log that <br /> documents the drilling activities, and 2) an as-built well construction diagram and well <br /> construction log. The well construction log and well construction diagram will include <br /> the following information: <br /> • Well Identifier; <br /> • Date and time of construction; <br /> • Borehole diameter and well casing diameter; <br /> • Total depth of borehole and well casing (±0.1 ft); <br /> • Well casing material,joint type and length; <br /> • Well screen slot size and interval; <br /> • Filter pack material, gradation, uniformity coefficient and size; <br /> • Filter pack volume (calculated and actual); <br /> • Filter pack placement method; <br /> • Annular seal composition and placement method; <br /> • Annular seal volume (calculated and actual); <br /> • Surface seal composition and placement method; <br /> • Surface seal volume(calculated and actual); <br /> • Surface seal and well apron design/construction; <br /> • Well development procedure and turbidity measured at end of development; <br /> • Ground surface elevation (±0.01 ft); <br /> • Survey reference point elevation (±0.01 ft) on well casing. <br /> The well completion report will be reviewed, signed and stamped by a California <br /> certified professional geologist.
