Code of Regulations Title 14, Sections 15072, 15073 and 15087) The City of Stockton Community Development Department has completed, independently reviewed and analyzed the following Proposed Negative Declaration/Expanded Initial Study: 1• WEBER POINT SOUTHBANK SEAWALL (IS10-97) - Structural modifications to approximately 835 lineal feet of existing concrete seawall bordering the south side of Weber Point. The project study area includes three components: 1) a 835-foot long, i3 foot wide seawall; 2) a ±3-foot wide portion of Stockton Channel on the south side of, and adjacent to the seawall; and 3) a ±100-foot wide portion of land on the north side of, and adjacent to the seawall. A copy of the Proposed Negative Declaration/Expanded Initial Study may be reviewed and/or obtained at the following address: Community Development Department Planning Division 345 North El Dorado Street Stockton, CA 95202 Any written comments on this document must be received at this same address no later than Monday November 17 1997 at 5 P.M.
