The ro'ect study area includes three <br /> components- 1) a 835-foot Iona ±3 foot wide seawall; 2) a ±3 foot wide portion of Stockton <br /> Channel on the south side of and ad acent to the seawall and 3 a ±100-foot wide portion of <br /> land on the north side of and ad'acent to the seawall. <br /> Date Review Period Ends: November 17 1996 at 5 p.m. <br /> Finding/Determination: The City of Stockton Community Development Department, Planning Division, <br /> has reviewed and considered the proposed project and has prepared and/or independently reviewed and <br /> analyzed, a Proposed Negative Declaration and related Initial Study. Based on project modifications, <br /> mitigation measures, and related substantial supporting evidence presented in the Initial Study, it has <br /> been determined that the project will not have a significant effect on the environment. Therefore, <br /> approval of a Negative Declaration is recommended for this project. A Mitigation <br /> if applicable Agreement is attached, <br /> Public Review: A copy of this document and the related Initial Study may be reviewed/obtained at the <br /> above-noted Lead Agency address. Any written comments on these documents must be received at that <br /> same address by the end of the review period. A public meeting to accept oral comments only regarding <br /> the proposed Negative Declaration will be held by the Community Development Director or Planning <br /> Commission following the review period.
