KLEINFELDER * Civic Center Parking/Weber Enterprises, 141 N El Dorado Street, located ' approximately 0 11 miles east of the subject property This site is listed on the UST, LUST _and CORTESE databases An apparent unauthorized release of unleaded gasoline occurred and has affected groundwater A Preliminary Assessment is underway This site is not likely to adversely impact the subject site because of the hydraulically downgradient direction * ARCO #4493, 205 North Center Street, is located adjacent and north of the subject property This site is listed on the UST and LUST databases Three fiberglass ' gasoline USTs are permitted at this site The LUST database status for this site is listed as closed/cleanup complete The data provided in the EDR report indicates soil was the only media affected by an unauthorized release of unleaded gasoline The ARCO service station located adjacent and north of the site has the potential to adveisely impact the site because of close proximity of stored petroleum hydrocarbons and shallow depth to groundwater ' . 1 mile of the subject site There are 44 CORTESE sites within approximately j ' Four of these sites were discussed in the previous LUST section The remaining 40 sites are not likely to adversely impact the subject site because of undocumented releases, soil contamination only, hydraulically cross or downgradient direction, distance, status as no further action required, or site closure designation ' 4 1 2 Regulatory Agency Contacts Local and State regulatory agencies were contacted for reasonably ascertainable and practically reviewable information iegardtng recognized environmental conditions present at or adjacent to the subject site The information was obtained by interviewing agency representatives or reviewing local agency databases City of Stockton Fire Department The City of Stockton Fire Department provides information on the possession of hazardous materials for the facilities on or adjacent to the site The intormation officer could not recall any hazardous incidents occurring on site or any gas station betng located on-site The information officer did recall in incident regarding a tuel spill at the adjacent ARCO service station located at 205 North Center Stieet According to the information officer, the spill was a result of a motorist ' driving off from tht dispenser with the nozzle in the vehicle The fuel spill was contained and remediated in ac.c.oidance with guidelines and assistance from the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Division ' 2i)-1129-101201711241 Page,8 of 16 © 1997 Kleintel&r Inc July 14, 1997
