KLEINFELDER 4 RECORDS REVIEW I ' 4.1 REGULATORY AGENCIES CONTACTED (FEDERAL, STATE, & LOCAL) 4 1.1 Summary of Regulatory Agency Database Information Federal, state and local regulatory agencies publish databases or lists of businesses and properties that handle hazardous materials or hazardous waste, or are the known location of a release of hazardous substances to soil and/or groundwater These databases are available for review and/or purchase at the regulatory agencies, or the information may be obtained through a commercial database service The agencies and their databases reviewed are described in Appendix B Kleinfelder contracted with a commercial database service (Environmental Data Resources, Inc to review the regulatory agency lists for references to the site, and any listings within the appropriate ASTM minimum search distance to the site The results of the review are summarized in Section 4 Please refer to Appendix C for the EDR Report The databases reviewed include 1) U S Environmental Protection Agency • National Priorities List (NPL) -- site and 1 mile • RCRIS Treatment Storage and Disposal (TSD) facilities -- site and 1 mile • CERCLIS -- site and 112 mile • RCRA Generators list -- site and adjacent properties ' • Emergency Response Notification System (ERNS) -- site and adjacent properties 2) California Environmental Protection Agency • Cal-Sites, Annual Workplan (AWP) -- site and 1 mile • CORTESE -- site and I mile ' • Leaking Underground Storage Tank Information System -- site and 112 mile 3) California Integrated Waste Management Board ' • Solid Waste Information System (SWIS) database -- site and 112 mile • Underground Storage Tank Registrations (UST) database -- site and adjacent properties 4) State Water Resources Control Board ' • SWAT database -- site and 112 mile ' 20-1129-30/2017R241 Page 6 of 16 © 1997 Kleinft ldLr Inc.
