KLEINFELDER
' 6 RESULTS
1
' 6.1. GROUNDWATER FLOW DIRECTION AND GRADIENT
Water levels measurements were made in each of the monitoring wells during drilling,
' development, and prior to sampling. The depths to water levels during the groundwater sampling
event were converted to elevations in reference to the survey conducted. The tops of each
monitoring well were chosen as the water level and survey measuring points.
The groundwater flow direction was calculated to be towards the east/southeast. The groundwater
' gradient was calculated to be 0.003 feet/foot. See Plate 3 for a groundwater contour map.
' 6.2. MONITORING WELL SOIL BORING SAMPLING RESULTS
Soil samples were collected from three borings advanced for the installation of monitoring wells
' on the site. A total of six soil samples were submitted for laboratory analysis. The soil samples
were analyzed CAM-17 metals, Volatile Organics, TPH-d, TPH-mo, TPH-g. The following table
' details the results.
1
' 42162.E01 /ST0411854
Copyright 2004,Kleinfelder,Inc. Page 14
of 22
2004
1July
