0 0 <br /> Subparts O, "Machinery and Machine Guarding," Subpart P, "Hand and <br /> Portable Powered Tools and Other Hand-Held Equipment' and Subpart S, <br /> "Electrical." <br /> 8.2 Field Audits/Inspections <br /> Field audits/inspections will be conducted by the Site Safety Officer to ensure that the <br /> health and safety program is being properly implemented in the field. In addition, a general <br /> evaluation will be made of the overall implementation of the health and safety plan in the <br /> field. The Project Manager will also conduct frequent inspections of Site conditions, <br /> facilities, equipment, and activities to determine whether the health and safety plan is <br /> adequate and being followed. <br /> The minimum frequency at which inspections should occur will be determined by the <br /> Project Manager based on the field conditions. <br /> 8.2.1 Corrective Action <br /> During a field audit, if the Site Safety Officer or Project Manager discovers any unsafe <br /> practices, immediate correction action will be taken in the field.
