Sequoia is certified by the California Department of Toxic Substances to perform the
requested analyses. It is anticipated that samples will be analyzed on a normal laboratory
turnaround schedule,which usually requires up to 10 working days for receipt of analytical data.
Up to two soil samples and one water sample from each boring location will be submitted for
analysis. The samples will be selected based upon field observations, qualitative field screening
results, and the depth in the boring. Each of the soil and water samples will be analyzed for :
• Volatile Organics by EPA Method 8260
• Semi-Volatile Organics by EPA Method 8270
• Fuel Fingerprint by EPA Method 8015M
• CAM 17 Metals by EPA Methods
Report Preparation
Upon completion of the field activities and our receipt and review of the analytical results, a
report will be prepared for client review. The report will include:
• A description of field activities, observations, and protocols;
• Lithologic logs and, if appropriate, interpreted geologic cross sections;
• Tabularized results of soil sample analysis with copies of certified analytical
laboratory results with chain-of-custody documentation;
• Conclusions and recommendations.
All information gathered during the study by Kleinfelder is considered confidential and will be
released only upon written authorization from the client or as required by law. California law
requires a person to inform the state if a situation is encountered that can be considered an
immediate endangerment to the public's health or welfare and/or to the environment.
20-4054-01.E01-G0112017P036 Page 3 of 7 Copyright 1997 Kleinfelder,Inc.
