Please be advised that the following issue(s) has been addressed: <br /> The monitoring plan on site is not approved by the San Joaquin County Environmental <br /> Health Department (EHD). The monitoring plan must be current and approved by the EHD. <br /> Add the tank overfill prevention method in the comments section of the monitoring plan. <br /> The current overfill prevention method is extern audio/visual alarm set at 90% of tank <br /> capacity. Complete and submit a copy of the monitoring plan for approval by the EHD by <br /> March 22,2011. An approved copy will be returned for your records. An updated Monitoring <br /> Plan with the current tank overfill prevention method noted in the comments section was delivered <br /> to your agency on March 1, 2011. A copy is attached for your review and records. Once we receive <br /> an approved copy, it will be placed at the facility in their Orange Binder. <br /> Annual line leak detector testing was performed on March 3,2010 and a test result has not <br /> been submitted to the EHD. A copy of the test report must be submitted within 30 days of <br /> the tests. Immediately submit a copy of the report to the EHD. Attached is a copy of the line <br /> leak detector test results from March 3, 2010 for your review and records. <br /> Page 1 of 2 <br />
