' 24 March 2015 • •
AGE Project No. 14-3325
' BORING ABANDONMENT
Soil borings were abandoned by backfilling with Portland cement from the total depth to
' surface grade. The surface at each location was completed with native soils.
' STRATIGRAPHY
Based on samples collected during boring SB-1 through SB4 advancement, generally,
' moderately dry fine grained silts and clays, and moderately dry fine to medium grained
sands were observed between 10 and twenty feet bsg. During boring advancement field
PID readings did not detect organic vapors above 0 parts per million volume (ppmv).
' A boring log showing lithological observations is included in Appendix B.
' FINDINGS
' Constituents of concern and tracer gas IPA were not reported at or above laboratory
reporting limits in any of the eight analyzed soil samples, and two analyzed soil-vapor
samples. Laboratory analytical results are included in Appendix C.
1
CONCLUSIONS/RECOMMENDATIONS
' Based findings from the soil and soil vapor sampling, petroleum hydrocarbon and VOC
subsurface impact due past uses of the property does not exist at the subject property.
AGE has no recommendations for further environmental site investigations on the
subject property at this time.
1
LIMITATIONS
' Our professional services were performed using that degree of care and skill ordinarily
exercised by environmental consultants practicing in this or similar localities. Findings
' were based upon analytical results provided by an independent laboratory. Evaluation
of the geologic/hydrogeologic conditions at the site for the purpose of this investigation
was made from a limited number of available data points (soil, soil-vapor samples and
' groundwater) and subsurface conditions may vary away from these data points. No
other warranty, expressed or implied, is made as to the professional interpretations,
opinions and recommendations contained in this report.
1
Advanced GeoEnvironmental,Inc.
1
