UST Tank Information forms are not current in CERS. -The diesel tank form states the diesel tank has single walled vapor recovery piping. Diesel does not have vapor recovery. -The diesel tank form states the riser is double walled with a fiberglass secondary. The 87 and 91 tank forms state the riser is double walled with a steel secondary. The 91 and diesel tanks are both part of the same split tank. Any change of information must be updated in CERS within 30 days of the changes. Immediately log into CERS, update the required and accurate information, and submit for review by the EHD. This is a Class II violation. 107 CCR 2632(d)(1)(C) Plot plan/site map not submitted or failed to completely show where monitoring is performed. An accurate UST Monitoring Site Plan was not submitted. The map submitted on CERS doesn not include the dispenser sensors. A site plan must be submitted identifying the locations where monitoring will be performed. Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/ and upload a copy of the UST Monitoring Site Plan. This is a repeat violation, Class II. 204 CCR 2712(i) Current monitoring plan approved by the EHD not found on site. An approved, current copy of the monitoring plans were not available for inspection. A copy of these plans shall be accessible on site at all times. Immediately locate and retain a copy on site.
