The monitoring plans for all three tanks did not <br />include a response for "Leak Alarm Triggers Automatic Pump Shutdown" and "Failure/Disconnect Triggers Pump <br />Shutdown" and they incorrectly state that "UDC Monitoring Stops Flow of Product at the Dispenser." The monitoring <br />plan must be uploaded to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS). Immediately log into CERS, make <br />the necessary changes, and submit for review by the EHD. <br />This is a repeat violation, Class ll. <br />Overall Inspection Comments: <br />An inspection checklist was provided to the facility operator on the day of inspection. The EHD has written the <br />complete report which replaces the initial checklist. The report was amended by the EHD. The amended report <br />replaces all previous reports. <br />Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br />documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br />paperwork, within 30 days of receiving the complete inspection report. <br />When they fail, the 87, 91, and diesel spill buckets shall be replaced with spill buckets that have a minimum <br />capacity of 5 gallons, are protected from galvanic corrosion, and have either a drain valve which allows drainage c <br />the collected spill into the primary container or provide a means to keep the spill container empty pursuant to CCF <br />Title 22, section 2635(b) (1). <br />Please be aware that as of January 1, 2014, facility operators are required to upload the following UST program <br />documents into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS): UST Monitoring Site Plan, UST <br />Certification of Financial Responsibility, UST Response Plan, UST Letter from Chief Financial Officer (if <br />applicable), and the Owner Statement of Designated Operator Compliance.
