I outlined our response in <br />green below. <br />UST Inspection <br />• Item #104 — Update tank info forms in CERS. Corrected and resubmitted in CERS. <br />• Item #105 — Update monitoring and response plans in CERS. Corrected and resubmitted in <br />CERS. <br />• Item #106 — Updated UST monitoring plan site map to include dispenser sensors. Corrected <br />and resubmitted in CERS. <br />• Item #204 — Maintain current monitoring plans on site — corrected. <br />• Item #319 — Repair/replace 5 gallon spill buckets for 87, 91 and diesel — were awaiting senior <br />management approval for the capital.
