This information was required to be submitted by 4/29/2018. This <br />information has not been received resulting in a non-compliant status for this facility. An operator that receives an <br />inspection report shall have 30 days to submit a written response that includes a statement documenting corrective <br />actions taken or proposing corrective actions which will be taken. Ensure that a written response documenting <br />corrective actions taken or proposed is submitted within 30 days of receiving an inspection report. <br />This is a Class II violation. <br />313 <br />HSC 25290.1, 25290.2, 25291 Failure to construct, operate, and maintain primary containment as product -tight. <br />In under dispenser 13/14, a seepage was observed on the diesel product piping, indicating a leak in the primary <br />piping. All primary containment for the UST system must be tight. Service Technician Michael McCarter from <br />Service station system, inc came out to the site while the inspector was present to tighten the product pipe to correct <br />this while inspector on site. <br />This is a Class II violation. <br />318 <br />CCR 2636(f)(2) Leak detector failed to detect a 3.0 gph leak at 10 psi. <br />The 87 North line leak detector failed to detect a leak when tested. All line leak detectors shall be capable of <br />detecting a 3 -gallon per hour leak at 10 psi. Immediately have a properly licensed, trained, and certified contractor <br />repair or replace the failed leak detector (LG 113-x listed, if applicable) and obtain a permit within one business day <br />from the EHD. If the failed leak detector can't be replaced immediately, there is a possibility that the 87 UST system <br />may be red tagged to prevent fuel inputs. <br />This is a minor violation. <br />319 <br />CCR 2635(b) No spill bucket, failed to contain five gallons, or failed to provide a means to keep it empty. <br />The 87 UST spill container failed to pass the one hour hydrostatic test. All LISTS shall be equipped with a spill <br />container that has a minimum capacity of five gallons and a drain valve that allows drainage of the collected spill into <br />the primary container or provide a means to keep the container empty. The service technician on site, Kristopher <br />Bell, replace the drain valve, retest the spill container to get a passing results to correct this on site. <br />This was corrected on site. <br />This is a minor violation. <br />Overall Inspection Comments: <br />An inspection checklist was provided to the facility operator on the day of inspection.
