I have spoken with Dottie Green, director of safety, to let her know that after talking with my program coordinator, Muniappa Naidu, who is included in this email. An inspector would not be on site witnessing the testing, he stated that an email with confirmation of passing results would have to be emailed to us in order for one of our inspectors to go out and remove the red tags. From my understanding, based on his conversation with me, the email does not need to be the full report, as long as the service technician provides proof that all components were tested and passed. If you have any questions or would like to further discuss this with him, please feel free to reach out to him at 209-468-3439. 1 will be out on the field today but can be reached at 209-481-9456 (work cell phone) if immediate assistance is needed. However I have made my coworker, Aaron Hang aware of this situation and he will be in the office today. I have provide his contact information to Dottie Green if neither my program coordinator nor me can be reached. Please know that due to the red tag, you are our top priority and our end goal is for your station to be back in compliance and running as soon as possible. I'm providing that information to you as I wanted you to see how seriously Safeway and their assigned Contractor (Able Maintenance) are taking this issue. The lead on this very large project is Kelly Burningham and knowing his name should save you time upon your arrival.
