All but two Dispensers were completed on Tuesday however, those two require the removal of the Dispensers
themselves so a special crew is needed due to Equipment/Safety needs.
This work will be completed tomorrow with the thought that we will be ready for testing to begin at 11:00am.
We will be sending a "formal" notification and know that this is not satisfying the 48 hr Notification rule.
My understanding is that Safeway will be issued a Minor Violation for not following the Notification requirement however,
the results will be accepted even though 48 hrs is not given.
