Central Avenue, Tracy CA <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department has received and reviewed the <br /> plans for Junior's Restaurant at the above address. Our department has the following <br /> conditions that must be met prior to issuing an approval letter: <br /> 1. Install a food preparation sink with at least one integral drain board. The sink must <br /> drain via indirect connection to a floor sink. <br /> 2. Provide this department with specifications on the type of flooring that the owner <br /> wishes to install in the scullery and restroom. Indicate the base material as well. <br /> 3. Install a hand wash sink in the kitchen and one in the scullery. <br /> 4. Provide an equipment list and show location of equipment on the food plans. <br /> 5. Restroom doors shall be self-closing. <br /> 6. The new grease trap shall be in a location that can be easily serviced and away from <br /> food preparation and clean utensils. <br /> Resubmit plans for review by this department that address the above conditions.
