Notices. Assignment: Successors and Assigns. Execution of this License Agreement. Each of the 49 undersigned hereby represents and warrants that it is authorized 50 to execute this Agreement on behalf of the respective parties to 51 this Agreement and that this Agreement, when executed by those 52 parties, shall become a valid and binding obligation enforceable 53 in accordance with its terms. 54 55 16. Attorneys' Fees. If either party hereto brings an 56 action at law or in equity to enforce, interpret or seek redress 57 for the breach of this Agreement, then the prevailing party in 58- such action shall be entitled to recover all court costs and 59 witness fees and reasonable attorneys' fees, in addition to all 60 other appropriate relief. 61 62 17. No Release or waiver.
