This resolution directs all contaminated underground storage tank sites <br /> currently under regulatory oversight by either the Regional Water Quality Control Board <br /> (RWQCB) or a Local Oversight Program (LOP) to reduce routine quarterly groundwater <br /> sampling of their monitoring wells to a semi-annual schedule unless site-specific needs <br /> warrant otherwise. <br /> The above subject site is currently listed with the San Joaquin County Environmental <br /> Health Department's (EHD) LOP program.
