We have been trying to obtain access to <br /> the Centro Mart property located at 301 W. Carter Way in Stockton to install two monitoring wells without <br /> success. An access agreement letter was sent to Mr. J.M. Lam, County Assessor's listed property owner,with no <br /> response. Today I called Mr. Lam to follow-up on the status of the agreement and was informed that our <br /> correspondence should be directed to Mr. Dave McIntyre, Vice President for Centro Mart, Inc.
