The EHD comments for those sites are provided herein. The <br /> following comments pertain only to the recommendations; other information in the five- <br /> year letters that is incorrect or incomplete is noted only insofar as that information <br /> directly affects the recommendations. <br /> 1645 Cherokee Road, Stockton, CA. <br /> The State Water Resources Control Board Cleanup Fund Five Year Review <br /> Committee (CUF) recommendation in the Revised 5-Year Review Summary <br /> Report, dated 05 March 2009 was to complete the hydrological cycle of <br /> monitoring of the recently installed monitoring wells; that monitoring is in <br /> progress. In addition, the EHD has repeatedly directed uploading of EDFs for <br /> existing data to GeoTracker, however only reports have been uploaded to date. <br /> 40 Charter Way, E., Stockton, CA. <br /> In the Revised 5-Year Review Summary Report, dated 05 March 2009, the CUF <br /> continued to recommend that the EHD direct the RP to assess remedial <br /> groundwater technologies and implement active groundwater remediation without <br /> delay. At this time a work plan to install additional groundwater monitoring wells <br /> has been approved and is anticipated to be completed this summer, following <br /> which the EHD will direct a feasibility study for interim remediation. <br /> Annual 5-Year Review Comment Letter 041509.doc <br />
