440 Charter Way, Stockton
Page 2
Regulations, Underground Storage Tank Regulations, includes any owner of
property where an unauthorized release of a hazardous substance from an
underground storage tank has occurred. If MGRP I, LLC chooses to deny Shell
access to investigate the contamination that has migrated from their property to
378 Charter Way, Stockton, then MGRP I, LLC can be named as a responsible
party and be required to investigate the contamination on the property at 378
W. Charter Way, Stockton. It is in the best interest of MGRP I, LLC to
cooperate with Shell Oil Company in the investigation of the groundwater
contaminant plume originating at their site and migrating to 378 W. Charter,
Stockton.
If you have any questions contact Lori Duncan, Senior REHS, at (209) 468-
0337.
Donna Heran, REHS, Director
Environmental Health Department
Lori Duncan, Senior REHS Margaret Lagorio, REHS
LOP/Site Mitigation Unit IV Program Coordinator Unit IV
Enc.
Cc: James Barton, CVRWQCB
Denis Brown, Shell Oil
Mike Murphy, Cambria
