Samples were collected at a frequency of 4 samples per 50 cubic yards and the <br /> laboratory composited samples by quadrant. Low concentrations (a5.0 mg/kg) of purgeable hydrocarbons were <br /> present in each sample. Toluene and total xylenes were detected in three samples. <br /> We are requesting approval to use this soil to backtill the remaining excavation without conducting additional <br /> aeration.
