Please submit the letter of responsibility for the proposed <br /> IAS system to SJC/EHD before installation of the system. <br /> Please proceed with submittal of a San Joaquin County well permit application for <br /> installation and destruction of the wells, the required $89.00 installation permit fee <br /> and $60.00 well destruction permit fee, and with scheduling the approved work. <br /> Forty-eight hours notice to SJC/EHD is required prior to all fieldwork.
