' 3 AERIAL PHOTOGRAPH STUDY <br />' EMCON obtained historical aerial photographs dated May 1, 1968, April 3, 1979, <br /> April 26, 1985, and October 11, 1994, showing the ARCO site and surrounding <br /> properties, the aerial photographs include Texaco and Chevron stations and the <br />' Transmission Store The aerial photographs from 1968 and 1979 were enlarged to aid in <br /> our interpretation of the site features <br />' Review of the 1968 photograph shows facilities which resemble operating gasoline service <br /> stations in the areas where the current Texaco, ARCO, and Chevron stations are located <br /> It is not clear if there was an operating service station on the property where the <br />' Transmission Store is currently located Review of the 1979 photograph shows the same <br /> facilities that appear on the 1968 photograph at the intersection of Charter Way and <br /> Lincoln Street However, the Shell Station is observed to be approximately 500 feet west <br />' of the intersection of Charter Way and Lincoln Street <br /> The aerial photographs from 1985 and 1994 show the same facilities that are currently <br /> located at the sites <br /> 1 <br /> SACW\PJUASOMS051460 2AS-94\pu i Rev 0,515195 <br /> 0905-14602 3.1 <br />
