Food shall be stored at least 6" <br /> above the floor on approved shelving. Walk in cooler fan guards <br /> 7. Floor drains/sinks <br /> 8. Ect.................... <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:All nonfood contact surfaces of utensils and equipment shall be clean.
