If <br /> explosimeter readings are greater than 10% of the lower <br /> explosive limit (1.4% LEL) , confined spaces must not be <br /> entered. Note that the accuracy of explosimeters is j <br /> compromised when used in atmospheres that contain less <br /> than 19.5% oxygen. <br /> 7.
