CAMBRIA <br /> February 15, 2000 <br /> Mr Ron Rowe <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health Services <br /> 304 East Weber Avenue, Third floor <br /> Stockton, California 95202 <br /> Re Quarterly Monitoring Report - Fourth Quarter 1999 <br /> Former Texaco Service Station <br /> 440 West Charter Way <br /> Stockton, California <br /> SAP Code 121258 <br /> Incident No 88870583 <br /> SJCPHS Site Code 1055 <br /> Dear Mr Rowe <br /> This report describes the recently completed groundwater monitoring and sampling activities <br /> at the referenced site (Figures 1 and 2) Cambria Environmental Technology, Inc (Cambria) <br /> prepared this report to meet quarterly reporting requirements issued by the Central Valley <br /> Regional Water Quality Control Board and San Joaquin County Public Health Services <br /> (SJCPHS) <br /> Quarterly Monitoring & Sampling Summary <br /> Groundwater monitoring and sampling for the fourth quarter of 1999 are summarized below <br /> • Blaine Tech Services, Inc (Blaine), of San Jose, California measured groundwater <br /> levels and collected samples from wells MW-1 through MW-l 1, MW-13 through <br /> MW-15, and MW-17 on November 5, 1999 MW-16 was reported to be dry <br /> Samples were transported to Sequoia Analytical Laboratory Morgan Hill, California <br /> for chemical analyses <br /> • Cambria evaluated water-level measurement data and prepared a groundwater contour <br /> Oakland CA map (Figure 2) Groundwater flow direction varies beneath the site The <br /> Sonoma CA approximate hydraulic gradient ranges from 0 01 to 0 02 <br /> Portland OR <br /> Seattle WA a TPHg was detected in wells MW-I through MW-5, MW-8 through MW-11, MW-14 <br /> Cambria and MW-15 with concentrations ranging from 133 to 23,300 ppb Wells MW-1 <br /> Environmental through MW-5, MW-7 through MW-11, MW-14 and MW-15 contained benzene at <br /> Technology,Inc concentrations ranging from 0 659 to 7,490 ppb MTBE was detected in wells <br /> r�1perkmsStreet MW-I, MW-3, MW-5, MW-9 through MW-11, and MW-15 at concentrations ` <br /> P 0 Box 259 <br /> Sonoma CA 95476 <br /> Tel(707)935-4850 <br /> Fax(7o7)935-6649 <br />
