Y• s <br /> CAMBRIA <br /> WORK PLAN ADDENDUM <br /> Provided below is an addendum to Cambria's August 26, 1999 Site Investigation Work Plan <br /> Elements of the original work plan that are altered by this addendum are discussed below <br /> Elements of our original work plan that are not discussed below will be performed as specified <br /> in the original work plan <br /> Soil Borings <br /> We propose drilling two soil borings (CPT-] and CPT-2) at the locations shown on Figure 1 <br /> CPT-1 is proposed adjacent to boring SB-3 and well VEW-4 This is the same location we <br /> proposed in our original work plan CPT-2 is proposed adjacent to well MW-11 to determine <br /> if gasoline constituents have migrated vertically downgradient of the source area Each of <br /> these borings will be drilled to a minimum depth of 80 feet below grade (fbg) The final depth <br /> of these borings will be based on field evidence of the presence of gasoline constituents in soil <br /> and groundwater samples Soil staining, sample odor, and photo-ionization detector readings <br /> will be monitored to determine if gasoline constituents are present at each sample interval <br /> The boring will be terminated when field evidence indicates the absence of gasoline <br /> constituents 10 feet below the last sample that showed evidence of gasoline constituents <br /> Chemical Analyses <br /> Chemical analyses for soil and groundwater samples will be performed as detailed in our <br /> original work plan Gasoline oxygenate and lead scavenger analyses will be performed on <br /> groundwater samples collected from the two proposed drilling locations Gasoline oxygenate <br /> and lead scavenger analyses may or may not be performed on soil samples collected from the <br /> proposed soil borings as discussed above <br /> Schedule <br /> Cambria will implement our work plan, as amended by this document, upon receipt of written <br /> approval of this work plan addendum from PHS/EHD <br /> 1399 5 <br />
