(BBU, collectively <br /> referred to as the working parties), Stantec Consulting Corporation Inc (Stantec) has prepared <br /> this Quarterly Status Summary Report (QSSR) - First Quarter 2016 (1Q16) to provide a status <br /> summary for the Charter Way Commingled Plume Site (the "Site"). The Site consists of the <br /> following: <br /> • Former Chevron facility No. 92033, located at 508 West Charter Way in Stockton. This <br /> parcel is currently an active Chevron-branded gasoline service station and is referred to in <br /> this report as the Chevron parcel, <br /> • Former ARCO service station No. 2168, located at 441 West Charter Way in Stockton. This <br /> parcel is currently comprised of an active car wash facility and is referred to in this report <br /> as the former ARCO parcel; <br /> • Former Texaco service station No. 10059943 (Shell Oil Products US), located at 440 West <br /> Charter Way in Stockton. This parcel is currently an ARCO-branded gasoline service <br /> station and is referred to in this report as the former Texaco parcel; and, <br /> • Former Colombo/Toscana Bakery (Sara Lee; now Bimbo Bakeries USA, Inc.), located at <br /> 1444 South Lincoln Street in Stockton. This parcel is currently a private storage warehouse <br /> and is referred to in this report as the Bimbo Bakeries parcel; <br /> The area surrounding the Site includes mixed residential and commercial use properties. In April <br /> 2010, the California Regional Water Quality Control Board - Central Valley Region (CRWQCB- <br /> CVR) classified the Site as a commingled plume; since then, the working parties have been <br /> cooperatively addressing the environmental issues. This Site is registered with the State of <br /> California Commingled Plume Fund as case No. CP0057. <br /> Design wi, <br />
