The site is located at 620 West Charlet Way in <br /> Stockton, California, (TIN, R6EI, M.D.M,) (Figure 1). Records of the San Joaquin Count; <br /> Assessor's Office indicate that this is parcel number 155-040-07 and that the land is owned by Shell <br /> Oil Company. Shell's regional reprzscntative is Mr. Darrell Robinson, Senior District Engineer, <br /> Pacific Northwest District, 100 Howe Avenue,Suite 160N, Sacramento,California. <br /> k <br /> I <br /> The site is located in a commercial/retail district. Adjacent businesses include a restaurant and a <br /> motel. <br /> 2 sl a History <br /> .; T1Ec ciii5ji�eg retail gasuiinc outlet was constructed in 1971. Figure 2 illustrates existing buildings and <br /> facilities at the site. Three underground gasoline storage tanks and a waste oil storage lank were <br /> j installed M this time. The original waste oil tank was removed in 1987 and replaced with a dual- <br /> walled waste oil tank. Vapor recovery lines were installed in 1975 and new product-distribution lines <br /> were installed in 1978. Pertinent storage tank data is contained in Table 1. <br /> 1 <br /> i <br />
