(Cambria) prepared this report on behalf of Equiva <br /> Services LLC in accordance with quarterly reporting requirements issued by the Central Valley <br /> Regional Water Quality Control Board and San Joaquin County Public Health Services <br /> (SJCPHS/EHD). <br /> SECOND QUARTER 2001 ACTIVITIES <br /> Blaine Tech Services, Inc. (Blaine) of San Jose, California gauged and sampled all wells and <br /> prepared a summary table of field ganging data and gasoline constituents. Cambria compiled the <br /> additional analytical data (Table 1), prepared a site vicinity map (Figure 1), and prepared a <br /> groundwater contour/chemical concentration map (Figure 2). Blaine's report, presenting the <br /> laboratory report, is included as Appendix A. <br /> In addition to the standard analyses, the groundwater sample collected from well MW-8 was <br /> analyzed for 1,2-dichloroethane (1,2-DCA) to confirm the detection during the second quarter <br /> 2000 sampling event.
