Charter Way <br /> Stockton , CA 95206 <br /> I am writing this letter to define the recent activity regarding <br /> the site assessment and remediation of this site . <br /> On March 15 , 1995 , we submitted a work plan to continue the site <br /> assessment and begin the remediation . This work plan was <br /> accepted with comments and modifications by your letter of March <br /> 30 , 1995 . <br /> On April 11 , 1995 , we wrote Ms . Maryrose Petrizzo of Pep Boys <br /> requesting permission to install certain borings and a well as <br /> stipulated in the work plan . Ms . Petrizzo sent us a letter dated <br /> April 28 , 1995 , which denied us access to the Pep Boys Property . <br /> Copies of this correspondence have been sent to you . <br /> The work plan called for two Hydropunch borings to be placed on <br /> the Sun Gardens Restaurant ' s property , 721 E . Charter Way , <br /> Stockton , CA and on May 5 , 1995 I met with the owners of the <br /> property and received permission to drill the two borings on his <br /> property . We submitted a drilling permit to your office on May <br /> 15 , 1995 . On May 18th you called and stated the permit could not <br /> be issued until your office receives a " Billing Letter of <br /> Acknowledgement " signed by the owner of the Sun Gardens property . <br /> We will present the Billing Letter to the owner and request his <br /> signature and ask him to send the letter directly to your office . <br /> When you receive the Billing Letter signed please advise us and <br /> we will reschedule the drilling of the hydropunch borings .
