Charter Way , Stockton , California . our company is <br /> performing an environmental site assessment for the gas station <br /> located at 749 E . Charter Way , Stockton , CA . This site is <br /> located directly west of your property and across Grant Street . <br /> We have identified groundwater contamination at our site , which is <br /> flowing in an easterly direction that has crossed Grant Street and <br /> appears to be located under your property . I am including our <br /> latest interim Site Assessment Report , where you will find a <br /> description of the soil and groundwater contamination . <br /> The Environmental Health Division of San Joaquin County ( EHD ) has <br /> asked us to define the limits of the gasoline groundwater plume <br /> in your area . I am enclosing a copy of our Work Plan and the <br /> letter of approval from the EHD . <br /> Figure 1 of the work plan shows the position of several borings <br />! and a monitoring well which we feel are necessary to comply with <br /> the request from EHD . <br /> We request permission to drill and complete well BM- 12 and drill <br /> and abandon hydropunch borings HP- 3 , HP- 4 and HP - 5 on your <br /> property . All California , San Joaquin County and City of <br /> Stockton regulations and codes will be complied with . <br /> l <br />
