Charter Way <br /> Stockton CA 95206 <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health Division <br /> (PHS/EHD) recently participated in a meeting held at Central Valley Regional <br /> j Water Quality Control Board at 3443 Routier Road to discuss the extents of <br /> contamination at 749 E. Hunter and Associates <br /> j Michael Collins- REHS-San Joaquin County <br /> Diane Hinson- Supervising RENS- San Joaquin County 1 <br /> + Beth Thayer- Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control <br /> Board ' <br /> I J j <br /> The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the extents of soil and groundwater <br /> contamination at the two sites. The following recommendations were made: <br /> -749 E. Charter Way- Due to the fact that very high levels of <br /> undefined soil and groundwater contamination remain on this site <br /> undefined vertically and horizontally, a workplan for additional <br /> monitoring wells to define the vertrical and horizontal extent of <br /> soil and groundwater contamination shall be submitted to PHS/EHD by <br /> Feb. 28, 1994 . Data from monitoring wells 1,2,and 3, should be <br /> included in future quarterly reporting. Interim soil clean-up is <br /> 1 recommended at this time. <br /> -814 E.
