Charter Way <br /> Stockton, CA 95206 <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health Division (PHS/EHD) has reviewed the <br /> "Site Assessment Report" submitted by Wm. J. Hunter and Associates, dated June 1993. <br /> PHS/EHD concurs with the recommendations and conclusions presented in this report in that soil at this <br /> site does not require any further removal or remediation. Contaminated soil has been transported to the <br /> Forward Landfill and receipts for this have been received by PHS/EHD. <br /> Monitoring wells #1 and #2 require continued monitoring for off-site contaminant migration. <br /> 6 Pursuant to Section 2652(d) of the Underground Storage Tank Regulations (California Code of Regulations, <br /> Title 23, Chapter 16) a quarterly monitoring report shall be submitted to Public Vealth Services, <br /> Environmental Health Division and Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board ( WQCB) until <br /> the investigation and cleanup of the site is deemed adequate.
