Charter Way. , <br /> The following people attended the meeting: <br /> Registered Geologist <br /> 1. Wm. J. Hunter g <br /> 2 . Frank Morita Owner, 814 E. Charter Way <br /> 3 . Michael Collins EHS, PHS/EHD <br /> 11 <br /> 4. Diane Hinson Supervising REHS, PHS/EHD <br /> The purpose of the meeting was to discuss how site closure could <br /> be obtained for the 814 E. Charter site and what role, if any, i <br /> the 749 E. Charter site had. it <br /> It was decided that there was no direct evidence at this time <br /> that contaminants from 749 E. Charter Way have migrated onto the <br /> Morita Brothers site. <br /> Quarterly Monitoring reports shall be submitted to PHS/EHD and <br /> Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board until the <br /> investigation and cleanup of the site is deemed adequate. The <br /> submission of quarterly reports is to begin immediately.
