Drawings shall include all <br /> critical dimensions and show locations of all fittings and <br /> accessories, i.e., manways, ladders, hold-down straps, <br /> heating coils, etc. Materials of construction shall be in <br /> accordance with Section 1.02 of this specification. <br /> b.Catalog Data:Contractor shall submit copies of <br /> Fiberglas" Tanks for manufacturer's literature. <br /> c.Certification Plate: U.L. labels for petroleum products shall <br /> Fuel Storage be affixed to each tank. <br /> d. Installation Instructions:Contractors shall submit <br /> copies of manufacturer's latest installation instructions. <br /> Specification e.Calibration Charts:Contractors shall submit <br /> — <br /> copies copies of manufacturer's latest calibration charts. <br /> Short Form: <br /> The contractor shall provide Fiberglas underground storage tanks 1.03 Warranty—Standard Underground Petroleum Storage Tank <br /> U.L-labeled for petroleum products in sizes and with fittings as shown A.Tank manufacturer shall furnish a warranty stating as follows: <br /> on the drawings.The tanks shall be manufactured by Owens-Corning We warrant that our underground tanks, if installed <br /> f Fiberglas. underground with proper backfill and otherwise installed in <br /> j Tanks shall be tested and installed with pea gravel or approved accordance with our instructions: <br /> alternate backfill material according to the current installation 1.Will meet our published specifications and will be free from <br /> instructions(Owens-Corning Fiberglas publication 3-PE-6304) material defects in materials and workmanship for a period <br />.1 provided with the tank. of one(1)year following date of original delivery by us; <br /> Long Form: Section 13177.1 2.Will not fail for a period of thirty(30)years from date <br /> (� GUIDE SPECIFICATION of original purchase due to external corrosion, and; <br /> 3.Will not fail for a period of thirty(30)years from date of <br /> OWENS-CORNING FIBERGLAS <br /> original purchase due to internal corrosion, provided the <br /> REINFORCED POLYESTER tank is used solely for gasoline,gasohol(90% gasoline and <br /> UNDERGROUND STORAGE TANKS 10% ethanol mixture), 90.5% gasoline and 9.5% Oxincl-50* <br /> (4.75% methanol and 4.75% GTBA mixture),jet fuel,av gas, <br /> ti <br /> kerosene,diesel fuel or potable water at ambient <br /> underground temperatures; or used for fuel oil at <br /> Part I General temperatures not to exceed 150° F. <br /> 1.01 Related Work Specified In Other Sections 4.
