VISUAL MONITORING <br /> Prior to the delivery of fuels, a visual monitoring of <br /> the liquid level of the tank(s) to be filled shall be <br /> performed. The delivery technician shall control the <br /> visual monitoring and filling of the tank(s) . <br /> 2. AVAILABLE TANK CAPACITY <br /> The tank(s) to be filled shall have an available capacity <br /> of 103% of the load to be dropped into it (them) or the <br /> total load plus 200 gallon capacity, whichever is less as <br /> determined by storage tank visual monitoring. In <br /> addition, each delivery technician carries special tank <br /> charts which indicate how much product can be delivered <br /> safely into the tank based on the liquid level measured <br /> on the tank measurement stick. <br /> 3. METERED INPUT <br /> The load to be dropped into the underground storage tank <br /> shall be monitored offsite at the batch plant.
