Monitoring well Installation and development, <br /> • Quarterly ground water sampling and analysis, and <br /> V Preparation of a report of findings <br /> 3 1 PERMITTING AND PRE-FIELD WORK ACTIVITIES - <br /> Site assessment boring permits will be obtained from the EHD for all boring locations A site health <br /> and safety plan Is presently on-file with EHD Prior to mobilization, the area of excavation will be ' <br /> clearly marked and a utility clearance obtained through Underground Service Alert <br /> 3-2 CPT DRILLING AND SAMPLE COLLECTION - - - <br /> i <br /> AGE proposes to advance one paired CPT soil banngs at the site as part of site assessment activities <br /> The proposed CPT soil boring location is illustrated in Figure 2 The CPT boring will be advanced <br /> to characterize lithology;model potential contaminant migration pathways and to assess the lateral <br /> and vertical extent of hydrocarbon Impacted soil and ground water Based on the distribution of <br /> hydrocarbons encountered to date during the ongoing investigation, AGE proposes to advance the <br /> CPT soil boring between previous borings B3 and B4 <br /> - Advanced GcoE nviron mental,Inc <br />
