The following is an itemized list of hazardous waste violations that have not been <br /> addressed for ALEXANDERS DIESEL REPAIR as of Apri129, 2019. <br /> Open violations from March 04, 2019 inspection <br /> Violation #605 -Failed to completely label containers or portable tanks of hazardous waste. <br /> In the hazardous waste storage area: <br /> -One blue 55 gallon poly drum containing oily debris was observed without a hazardous waste label. <br /> -One white 55 gallon poly drum containing used oil paper filters was observed without a hazardous waste label. <br /> -One white 10 gallon drain pan containing used oil was observed without a hazardous waste label. <br /> -Four black 55 gallon steel drum containing used oil was observed without a hazardous waste label. <br /> -One black 55 gallon steel drum containing paper and metal used oil filters was observed without a hazardous <br /> waste label. <br /> -Twenty-four 5 gallon buckets containing a used oil were observed without hazardous waste labels. <br /> All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: <br /> -the words "Hazardous Waste" <br /> - name and address of generator <br /> - hazardous properties <br /> - physical state <br /> -composition (contents) <br /> -accumulation start date <br /> Immediately label these containers and ensure that all hazardous waste containers are marked with all the required <br /> information. <br /> Violation #608 - Failed to properly manage used oil and fuel filters. <br /> In the hazardous waste storage area: <br /> -One blue and one black 55 gallon poly drum containing metal oil filters were observed open without a label. <br /> Used oil filters shall be drained of free-flowing oil, stored in a closed, rainproof container, labeled as"drained used <br /> oil filters," and marked with an accumulation start date. Immediately containerize and label the containers and <br /> ensure that all used oil filters are managed in this way. <br /> Bills of lading for the recycling of used oil filters for the last three years were not found on site. A copy of each bill of <br /> lading must be kept on site for at least three years. Immediately locate a copy of all bills of lading for used oil filters <br /> for the last three years, maintain them on site, and submit missing copies to the EHD. <br /> Page 5 of 5 <br />
